Notice for Management & Legal Review:
These Terms of Service govern general website use and online Client Portal access. Specific loan agreements, Susu deposit contracts, and collateral covenants remain primary legal instruments for financial obligations and debt recovery in Ghana.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Enthronement Finance main website (enthronementfinance.com), the Client Portal (clientportal.enthronementfinance.com), or our account application tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from using our digital portals and access services directly through our branch network.
2. Scope of Services
Enthronement Finance delivers licensed financial and microfinance services in Ghana, including savings packages, Susu contribution collection, personal and commercial micro-loans, and digital account ledger viewing. Access to financial products remains subject to satisfactory customer due diligence (KYC), physical branch verification where required, and formal approval by our credit committee.
3. Client Portal Access & 4-Digit Security PIN Responsibility
To access the dedicated Client Portal, customers authenticate using their registered mobile telephone number and confidential 4-digit personal identification number (PIN). You agree to:
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of your 4-digit PIN and never share or disclose it to third parties or unauthorized persons.
- Acknowledge that Enthronement Finance staff and agents will never ask you to state or disclose your PIN via phone, SMS, email, or in person.
- Notify us immediately via our helpline if you suspect that your PIN has been compromised or unauthorized account activity has occurred.
- Accept responsibility for all electronic instructions or inquiries dispatched through sessions authenticated with your valid security PIN prior to formal notification of compromise.
4. Account Ledgers, Balances, and Statement Verification
The balances and transaction records presented within the Client Portal reflect ledger entries recorded on our core financial platform. Customers are advised that:
- Official statements generated via the portal are valid representations of transactions recorded at the stated timestamp.
- Any suspected transaction error, duplicate debit, or billing discrepancy must be reported in writing to your branch within fourteen (14) calendar days of generation.
- In the event of any inadvertent typographical or transmission discrepancy between the web interface and the core audited banking database, the verified core ledger record shall govern.
5. SMS Alerts and Electronic Communications
By maintaining an active customer account, you agree to receive essential transactional notifications, OTP codes, and regulatory notices via SMS to your registered Ghanaian phone number. You may manage marketing notification preferences at any time by contacting our support desk; however, mandatory account alerts regarding security events, loan repayment reminders, or debit activity cannot be disabled while an account remains active.
6. Prohibited Portal Activities & Security Violations
Users of our web applications and client portal agree not to:
- Attempt to access or probe accounts, ledgers, or customer data belonging to any other person or institution.
- Engage in automated scraping, brute-force PIN attempts, denial-of-service attacks, or reverse engineering of application scripts.
- Introduce malicious code, trojans, or unauthorized scripts to any Enthronement Finance server or endpoint.
- Submit falsified identities, fraudulent Ghana Cards, or altered financial documents during account-opening or loan application procedures.
Violations will result in immediate portal suspension, account freezing, and referral to the Ghana Police Service Cybercrime Unit and relevant financial regulators.
7. Limitation of Liability and Statutory Banking Protections
To the fullest extent permitted under Ghanaian financial law, Enthronement Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunications network interruptions, scheduled maintenance, device compromise on the customer side, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed under the Bank of Ghana regulatory framework or consumer protection legislation.
8. Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure
Enthronement Finance maintains an established customer complaints handling procedure:
- Step 1: Submit your grievance in writing to your branch manager or via email to info@enthronementfinance.com.
- Step 2: Our complaints resolution unit will investigate and issue a formal response within seven (7) business days.
- Step 3: If a financial dispute remains unresolved, customers may seek mediation through the Bank of Ghana Financial Stability or Consumer Protection Desk in accordance with statutory guidelines.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana possess exclusive jurisdiction.
